  • Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (for faulty or damaged products)

1. Damaged or Faulty Items (Consumer Law Rights)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@sixthbatch.com.au.

  • Sixth Batch will cover return shipping in these cases.

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement of the affected item.

  • You may send photos of the product to help us process your claim quickly.

  • Minor wear to shipping cartons is normal and does not constitute damage to the product.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be waived or limited by this policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns)

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee if you simply change your mind, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notify us in writing at info@sixthbatch.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide proof of purchase.

  • Return the product in as-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, tags, labels, and manuals.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please send photos of the product and packaging to help us approve your refund.

Products not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Clearance items

  • Used, assembled, or altered products

Refunds for voluntary returns are generally processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Important: If your item was shipped to you with free postage, a 20% shipping fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders are considered dispatched once payment has been processed and the item has left our warehouse.

4. Packaging & Repackaging

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • Sixth Batch reserves the right to decline returns if the product is not in as-new condition.

  • If returned in alternative packaging, a repackaging fee may apply.

5. Abuse of Rights

Sixth Batch reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we believe our policies are being exploited.
